My stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making for a great experience. The location was ideal, close to all the attractions in St Augustine. The service was top-notch, with every request accommodated promptly. However, the dining options were somewhat limited, and the facilities could use some improvement.
The hotel's location is great, close to the Historic District and with nice amenities, but the rooms need improvement as they were damp and dirty. The service was wonderful, and the dining experience was superb. Overall, a mixed experience with some highlights and some drawbacks.
My stay at the Hampton Inn was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, while offering more variety than some Hampton locations, were smaller than what I expected. They were clean and comfortable, but being close to the highway/train track may not suit light sleepers. The service was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to assist with parking and providing great dining recommendations. The hotel's location, though not exactly what I expected in the Historic District, was clean, quiet, and had lovely amenities like a pool and hot tub. However, the dining experience fell short with limited items and poor replenishment before the deadline.
